Making Connections
The USCT
project will bring together campus-based information technology
faculty, research faculty, scientists, research managers and
communities in partnership with
Native American, rural and urban students and teachers within the
watershed. Campus faculty will become engaged and provide opportunities for students and
teachers to learn about
watershed related research taking place in the Red River Basin.
The
International Water Institute
provides funding to several research projects and fosters an
environment that will enable
educational activities of USCT to connect with the research
activities in the watershed. This will
encourage a connection between education and research where students
are involved with
science discovery and researchers are connected to diverse learners
involved in USCT.
