Procedure/Outline |
| 1.write name of each student on each cup & hand out blackline master. 2. Establish the need for water ask questions:"what does it feel like to be hungry, thirsty? what happens if we dont get food or water?how much of body is made up of water? a third out of 4 of body is water.3. find out how much water we drink each day. have them guess and record thier guesses. students will keep track of the water they drink each day.4. color a cup on blackline master each time they drink a glass.5. compare amounts at the end of the day.6. add total. |
