Procedure/Outline |
| 1.To develop the survey, students will brainstorm questions they would want to ask their classmates. These questions would be about water related activities that are meaningful to kindergarten children, such as "What is your favorite season?", "Do you like rain?".
2.The class decides on two of the brainstormed questions to be put on the survey.
3.Each student receives the survey and completes it.
4.Teacher then collects all of the students surveys.
5.The class compiles the results of the survey by graphing their own responses on to the class graph.
6.As a class, discuss the results found on the graph. This will help the students understand how their classmates felt about the survey questions. |
