Procedure/ Outline
|
Students will be taught several games played by Native American children from the Dakota area by taking a participating role. After playing Buffalo Hunt, Fire Keeper, Sneak and Hubbub, students will evaluate the purpose of each game and analyze its potential effectiveness
|
Modifications /Adaptions/ Extensions
|
Students could develop their own games. Olympic sports could be
discussed and evaluated in the same manner as the Native American sports were
evaluated |
