Procedure/ Outline
|
Students will be divided into groups of two and will choose a debate topic from
a list of water issues. Each team will choose to be pro or con on the issue. Two
teams per topic. Students will have one week to research the topic. They will be
required to have 4 references supporting their viewpoint. Two opposing teams
will present their views, rebuttals and cross examinations. Debaters will be
evaluated by their peers
