Procedure/ Outline
|
Discuss importance of indicator species (macro-invertebrates) and water quality.
Briefly go over collection procedures. Collect critters, hopefully from the same
body of water, but different sites. Place collected critters in Tupperware and
identify. Fill in data sheets. Determine water quality of the different sampling
sites

Person may have to bring in samples due to transportation possibilities. Could
possible need some spillover time for a third class period |
Assessment
|
Collect data tables of accuracy/neatness and watch fro work ethic in the
"field".
